With the Junior Trainee Program Greiner offers graduates the opportunity to gain experience in several divisions of the Group over 18 months, and this will also include foreign locations due to the international nature of the Group. In addition, each trainee gets an individually tailored training program with training on the plastics industry for optimum development within the company.
After an induction phase in the Group headquarters at Kremsmünster, the focus is on involvement in the operative business of the specialist divisions, above all at foreign locations, and on supporting the division and project managers. The trainees gradually take on responsibility for sub-projects or special tasks. Once they have completed the program, each trainee can expect to be assigned a specialist position, with a high degree of individual responsibility, preferably in a foreign location. They can expect to undertake their first management role in the short to medium term.
