The Greiner Holding AG Board of Directors is comprised of Axel Kühner (Chief Executive Officer) and Hannes Moser (Chief Financial Officer). Axel Kühner and Hannes Moser also hold the same functions in their capacities as the Greiner Bio-One International AG Board of Directors.

The Greiner Holding AG Supervisory Board is comprised of eight members each with different areas of specialist competence. The Supervisory Board is comprised of both members of the proprietor family and persons who are not members of the family. This assures an efficient and constructive cooperation.

The Supervisory Board of Greiner Holding AG is also the Supervisory Board of Greiner Bio-One International AG with the same members.
