In addition to numerous topic-specific modules there are two main focus programs at the heart of the training and education provision of Greiner Academy: These are the Basic Business Program and the General Management Program.

Here you find the courses offered by Greiner Academy (in German only!) with all current dates. This offer is open exclusively to Greiner Group employees.

The General Management Program is the highest quality training program launched by the Greiner Group. This first class training is aimed at all managers and prospective managers. Participants are given a profound insight into all the most important elements and tools of management during the one and a half year training period. Everything that is learned can be implemented in daily practice, an advantage that reinforces the learning effect. The training program is offered in German and English.

The Basic Business Program comprises seven basic modules (these extend for example from moderation training, to the Business Driving License, leadership and project management, conflict competence training to presentation techniques), which are all completed within a two year period. Special seminars are also offered in addition to the basic modules.
